The RG series blocks use roller-type rolling elements instead of steel balls, and is designed to achieve ultra-high rigidity and ultra-heavy load capacity; through the line contact between the rolling elements, the slide rail and the slider, the rolling elements only form a trace amount when bearing high loads. The elastic deformation and the design of the 45-degree contact angle allow the overall linear guide to achieve the characteristics of high rigidity and high load capacity in four directions. Through the realization of ultra-high rigidity, the machining accuracy can be greatly improved to meet high-precision requirements; due to the characteristics of over-heavy load, the service life of the linear guide can be extended.
Scope of application: automation equipment, heavy handling equipment, CNC processing machines, heavy cutting processing machines, CNC grinding machines, injection molding machines, electrical discharge processing machines, large gantry machine tools, and working machinery with high rigidity and heavy load requirements.
