Famous brand MAGF8 MAGF10 MAGF12 self-lubricating ball spline
The TFL Linear Ball Spline G is a linear motion rolling guide in which an external cylinder performs endless linear motion along a spline shaft. Since two rows of steel balls come in contact with the raceway surface at four points, stable accuracy and rigidity can be achieved, even in applications where a load with variable direction and size, or a complex load is applied. The linear ball spline is extremely compact, thanks to its simple structure.

FAQ1:What is the difference between MAGF8, MAGF10, and MAGF12 ball splines?
The primary difference between MAGF8, MAGF10, and MAGF12 ball splines is their size, specifically the spline shaft diameter.
MAGF8 has an 8mm spline shaft diameter.
MAGF10 has a 10mm spline shaft diameter.
MAGF12 has a 12mm spline shaft diameter.
This difference in diameter directly impacts their load capacity, rigidity, and the torque they can transmit. As the diameter increases, so do these performance characteristics. The larger MAGF12 can handle a significantly higher load and torque than the MAGF8. These are typically part of a series of products, like those from IKO, where the number in the model name corresponds to the key dimension.
FAQ2: How does a ball spline reduce maintenance costs?
Ball splines, such as the IKO C-Lube MAGF series, reduce maintenance costs by incorporating a built-in lubricating element. This element, often a porous resin or felt material impregnated with lubricant, slowly releases oil onto the ball recirculation paths.
This design provides the cost-saving benefits.
