What is the difference between insulated bearing 6036M/C3VL0271 and normal bearings 6036M?
The main difference between insulated bearing 6036M/C3VL0271 and ordinary bearing 6036M is the insulation performance. Insulated bearing 6036M/C3VL0271 uses a special spraying process to spray a high-quality overlay on the outer surface of the bearing, forming a layer of uniform thickness and extremely strong adhesion, which can withstand voltages of up to 1000 V DC. This coating not only has good insulating properties, but also avoids the galvanic corrosion effect of induced current on the bearing and prevents the damage caused by the current to the lubricating grease and rolling body and raceway, thus improving the service life of the bearing. Insulated bearings have a layer of 100μm thick coating on the surface of the inner and outer rings, and this special spraying process makes the coating unaffected by moisture and humidity, which further enhances its usability. Ordinary bearings, on the other hand, do not have such insulating coating; their appearance colour is bearing steel metal colour, structure and function are relatively simple; the main function is to support the mechanical rotating body, reduce the coefficient of friction in the process of its movement, and to ensure the accuracy of its rotation. In addition, insulated bearings and ordinary bearings have obvious differences in appearance. Since the inner ring or outer ring of insulated bearings is coated with an insulating coating, its colour is usually presented as black, white or grey. In contrast, ordinary bearings keep the metallic colour of bearing steel.
