    HRW bearing has an integrated structural design for the inner and outerrings.Due to the double-rowing of the rolling surfaces and the use ofsmall diameter rollers, the number of rollers is approximately five timeshigher than that of the conventional crossed roller bearing HRU type*(HRW 228 type).This reduces torque while maintaining compactness,rigidity and precision. Due to the optimum design of the size and numberof mounting bolt holes, the deformation of the rolling surface caused bymounting is reduced, resulting in stable rotational performance.
    HRW bearings are double row cylindrical roller structure precisionbearings. Rolling elements are distributed in 2 rows raceways as face toface 45 degrees,and the 2 rows rolling elements are angled as 9odegrees.The thickness of the bearing provides better overall stiffness andcollar strength, which makes it easier to install and less susceptible to theinfluence of mating parts.They can be mounted in applications wherehigh rigidity is required, such as rotary tables and milling heads.
