Meanwhile, becausethe extemal dimensions of the bearing is maximum miniaturized, and thebearing has high rigidity, high rotation precision and high combined loadcapacity, it is most suitable for the joint or rotating part of industrial robots,the rotary tables of machining centers,and the rotating parts ofmanipulators,precision rotary tables,medical machines, measuringinstruments, etc.
TFL series (Integrated inner and outer rings without mounting holes)requires a flange and support base for mounting, as there are no mountingholes in the outer and inner rings. In addition, as both the outer and innerrings are integral,mounting has no effect on performance,so stablerotational accuracy and torque can be obtained which is suitable forapplications where the outer and inner rings rotate but where sizeminiaturization is required.
