Crossed cylindrical roller bearings are constructed in such a way that both the outer ring and inner ring are integral.The rolling element is cylindrical roller，which are arranged vertically in the V-shaped raceway at 90°and separated by spacers. This structure makes single bearing can carry axial load, radial load and tilting moment in all directions. Meanwhile, because the external dimensions of the bearing is maximum miniaturized, and the bearing has high rigidity, high rotation precision and high combined load capacity, it is most suitable for the joint or rotating part of industrial robots,the rotary tables of machining centers, and the rotating parts of manipulators, precision rotary tables, medical machines, measuring instruments, etc.
RBH series (Integrated inner and outer rings without mounting holes)requires a flange and support base for mounting, as there are no mounting holes in the outer and inner rings. In addition, as both the outer and inner rings are integral,mounting has no effect on performance,so stable rotational accuracy and torque can be obtained which is suitable for applications where the outer and inner rings rotate but where size miniaturization is required.
